5. AI-Generated Content

All companions, characters, images, and personas on the Service are entirely AI-generated fictional entities. They do not represent real people. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is entirely coincidental.

Conversations, generated images, and generated videos are produced by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Content you generate through the Service for personal use is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense generated content.
